Great company. I had them install a mini split at my house and I’m very pleased with the work that was completed. They do what they say they’re gonna do and show up on time, what a refreshing.change from other companies that I have used in the past. I highly recommend Comfort Zone.
Toby Chandler of Comfort Zone sold and installed our heat pump. Which never worked correctly from the start. Last year Toby said it had a Freon leak and charged us for dye to find the leak. We called numerous times and left messages, the calls where never returned, nor did he come and check for the leak. Comfort Zone was paid at the time of the installation/service. Poor product and poor service is the hallmark of this business. The heat pump is less than 6 years old.
Quick,friendly service and reasonably priced. Will definitely call again.
Called them 3 times starting in may 2023 spoke to someone each time still no response or no one has came out so I’m now using different company very poor customer service
