Toby Chandler of Comfort Zone sold and installed our heat pump. Which never worked correctly from the start. Last year Toby said it had a Freon leak and charged us for dye to find the leak. We called numerous times and left messages, the calls where never returned, nor did he come and check for the leak. Comfort Zone was paid at the time of the installation/service. Poor product and poor service is the hallmark of this business. The heat pump is less than 6 years old.
Quick,friendly service and reasonably priced. Will definitely call again.
Called them 3 times starting in may 2023 spoke to someone each time still no response or no one has came out so I’m now using different company very poor customer service
Called due to my heat not working. They came out and were professional and friendly. Told me what the problem was- quoted a price and fixed it quickly. - very happy! I had previously called a different company and they told me I needed to replace the system - glad i got a 2nd opinion - will use Comfort Zone again!
