I had a great experience with Dan Gervasi. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable and explained aspects of the inspection in lay-mans terms. He gave me some helpful ideas and answered all questions. I would recommend him.
Dan was absolutely phenomenal in providing my home inspection and extremely professional! As a first time home buyer the process was very new for me and Dan helped me through it every step of the way. Recommendedbest in the business. As stressful as buying a house can be, especially the first time, it was nice working with them. Dan recommended some fixes, and helped with a couple ideas I had.
Dan was awesome and went in great detail about this house that we really didn't know much about. Being first time home buyers, we really didn't have the knowledge and expertise that dan does. He ended up pointing things out that we really didn't notice and really opened our eyes. He ended up saving us a ton of money in the end. We will be using him again for future home inspections. If we didn't have dan, we wouldn't know what we were getting ourselves into-so thank you!
Dan was very thorough and took his time explaining in detail all areas of our inspection. This is our first home and now are very comfortable moving forward and have a lot less stress thanks to his patience from all our questions. We will deffinetly refer comfort zone to all our friends. Rick Tober Today at 4:17pm I recently had Dan inspect a home I plan on living in. He was very professional and offered invaluable knowledge for upkeep and improvement to the property. He was easy to understand and willing to stop and explain what he was inspecting at the moment. I particularly liked the follow-up phone call.
