We loved working with Isaiah at Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling. He handled a large heater repair and HVAC installation project at our home, including several heat pumps, mini splits, a furnace, and an air handler. From the start, he was professional, clear, and easy to work with. Even when a few unexpected issues came up during the job, he stayed focused and worked hard to keep everything on track and close to the original estimate. He explained the repair and installation options in simple terms and made sure the heating s... read more

Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling is an excellent HVAC company with skilled and friendly professionals. My experience started with a phone call to schedule a free estimate for a furnace replacement and AC system check, and the appointment was set up quickly. Jorge arrived right on time, explained the replacement options clearly, and answered all of my questions about heating, airflow, energy efficiency, and what would work best for my home. Before leaving, he provided a detailed quote with a couple of good options that fit my n... read more

After struggling to find anyone available, I finally reached this company and Isaiah answered right away and took immediate action. He gave me helpful advice that night on how to prevent more damage to the heating system until the repair visit. The next morning, he arrived even earlier than e... read more

The whole heating service was smooth from start to finish, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. My home stays warm and comfortable now, and being able to control the thermostat from my phone is a huge plus. They also took time to answer my questions, explain the system, and make sure my family understood how to use it. It’s rar... read more

Isaiah came out to my home in Colorado Springs to take care of a heater issue and replace a faulty thermostat. He diagnosed the problem quickly, installed the new thermostat, and made sure the furnace system was running the way it should. He also shared helpful furnace maintenance tips I did not know, like keeping enough airflow through the vents instead of closing too many of them, and checking both furnace filters regularly. I already knew about the front filter, but the attic filter had been overlooked for a long time. Th... read more
