I was working with another company and the UV light system burned out. The company said they did not have the brand and I needed to replace the entire system. I called One Hour Heating and left a voicemail, later that evening Robert called me back and told me that they had the brand and he could come by in the morning. True to his word, he was there in person in the morning, after checking out my system he said all I needed was a new bulb! He replaced the old bulb and it is working fine.
