I needed a new air conditioner asap. They sent someone out the same day. Work began the next day and got a new furnace as well. The guys were prompt, easy to deal with and worked hard on one of the hottest days of the year. I am more than pleased!
They were booked solid but understand life happens and they worked their team so that they were able to get our heat up and running within 3 hours of our call. I cant say enough about these folks, thank you so much. Earned a new customer with several homes in their area, we cant be more excited and more pleased with what they've shown. Thank you so much.
The technician and side kick show up. Took a look at the unit downstairs and said he couldn’t check the unit altos new filter. I drove to the store obtained a filter returned home they were gone. They informed my son the they can do anything becuse the unit outside is to old and missing a relay. Charged us $107 for a “Service call”’but didn’t service anything!!’ What a Ripofff’ I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this business. There business is 3 blocks from my residence.
So far I've tried contacting the company multiple times and can not get into contact with anyone. Not very good for a business especially when they can't pick up a phone or give a call back.
