Absolutely a 10/10 experience with Comfort zone. The administrative staff was able to assist me and work with me, despite being out of warranty on my HVAC system. My technician (Jimmy) was top-tier, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem we were having with our unit. It has been snowing out here, and my service was both timely and professional. He was respectful of my property and explained the service he was performing in a way that gave me peace of mind. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
Amazing guys all the way around. Have used them twice, once for an issue with our thermostat and next visit we signed up for their yearly inspections. Both times customer service was outstanding, explained everything, no hidden fees, professional to the end. And the cost was totally reasonable for work they did. Thank you so much guys!!!

Installing our new Trane HVAC System: Our current HVAC system is a little more than 14 years old and making strange noises, but it is still working. So being proactive instead of reactive, I called Comfort Zone to schedule a replacement. Max and Dillon came to our home for the initial look.
