My tenants did not have heat i valled comfort zone spoke to david when he arrived he tested sysrem and said it was the board and called then he said it was motor he ordered motor charged me 500 dollars system worked for hour I called to inform him h e sent worker and he tested and stated it was board I then told him i need old motor back if its the board he refuse to give it to me or give give me money back and keep in mind this was during storm and he never contacted me i will see in court

Awesome guy, extremely professional and knows what he is doing. Dave came to my house diagnosed my problematic air condenser and order a new part and had it installed in no time, even during the heat wave he was working. He help us and the price was great. he is informative and fair. He is our go to guy for anything hvac.
Selecting Comfort Zone Heating and Air was an excellent choice. A few days before the July 4th holiday, our air conditioner went out. Within a short time after the call, Dave arrived and was able to fix the problem that same day! Thanks Dave for a job well done!
