I have had ducted reverse-cycle air conditioners installed by Chris & Don at Comfort Zone Air, once in 2020 at a small unit, and again in 2025 at a big home. Both times the service was prompt, communication good, prices competitive, installation smooth, workmen cleaned & tidied after themselves, and products were of good quality. Thank you Chris & Don!

Great price. Excellent service. Very polite during quoting. Installers were punctual, professional and very efficient. Removed an old system and installed a new one in 1 day. Tidied up inside and outside after install. Would recommend.
They don't know what they are doing. Have had a huge amount of problems with the AC installed by them. We paid for temperature sensors in the house which they later disabled. A horrible experience with this company.
dont bother buying anything from these guys , they dont beleieve in standing behind the product they sell you
