Do not use this company. They are lazy and dont do anything in a timely manner. They also destroy things and refuse to fix it. Lazy, doesnt actually know what he is doing.
Warranty work thru allied home warranty. Luis came up with a not so cheerful attitude right away. Told him the problem, he looked at the unit and said 1200 bucks to clean the coils without looking at coils. Not sure what the typical price is for that so I googled and it said between 200-400 depending. I’m getting a second opinion. Update: second opinion by south Texas Air Force AC. Technician said it wasn’t the coil but the attic insulation and the ductwork. Coils were a little dirty but not 1200 bucks dirty.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Luis has a sorry attitude and never answered his phone nor returned a simple text message. The company never answered the phone to me even after our home warranty recommended them. When he came to supposably do the job, he didn't even knock or ring the door bell. He just left a note saying,"Call us " I called 4xs and left voicemails. What a waste of time. I wish I didn't have to even leave one star on this page. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.
