Our old HVAC system was 22 years old and worked well....until it didn't. Comfort Zone sent out their technician Grayson who gave us a temporary fix until we could get a new system ordered. He presented the various HVAC options we could choose from. During the entire process he patiently answered all our questions and concerns from the time of the repair through the installation and even after. He sure is much more than a technician. I hope he is well paid for all his knowledge.
