Took off work and waited all day. They did not show up.
We had over 11,000 dollars worth of stuff done….. Jay does not communicate well. They also don’t ask if you want to pay for the apprentice to help. I feel like on a job of that price we should get to approve it.
Rian came out and serviced our central ac and did an amazing job he made sure to figure out what was causing it to not work and now it works like brand new highly recommend them
Predatory COMPANY!!! Tried charging my sister 19,000 for something not even close to that price. Disgusting. No one ever support this place
Comfort Zone AC company is the worst company to hire to do AC work in Woodward, Oklahoma. They are scammers, they take your money without doing the complete job for you. Their job is to sell you a unit, nothing else. They were called to replace an old central AC to an old house of 2 bedrooms and a guest room. I informed them that the house was old and most of the duck-work are probably torn apart and no good with leak. They inspected all and gave me a quote that was reasonable. I signed the contract.
