My call to Comfort Zone was during an exceptionally hot period. When I called for service the receptionist that I reached was very courteous and helpful. A service technician called me back promptly in one day and was here that afternoon. He examined the AC unit and determined that it needed to be replaced. Two days later the new unit arrived and was completely installed by that afternoon. I highly recommend this company for any cooling crises that may occur. I was very happy with the service.

Comfort Zone is hands down the best HVAC service provider in New England! Dennis put an entire HVAC system in our (at the time) newly built home about 20 years ago. It’s still running strong but if I ever have a question or concern, Steve will take the very best care of us. I could not be more grateful to this fantastic team of professionals!

Great company and their HVAC techs are top notch. I manage a handful of properties and contact Comfort Zone for anything HVAC related. They are prompt in returning phone calls and communicate well through scheduling, diagnosing and repairs.
