Used this company to install new Furnace and heat pump 09/21. Since then they have been out to do repairs at least 4 times. This year, just prior to Thanksgiving they came out due to furnace not kicking on again. Diagnosed as a failed heat exchanger. Paid the service fee. I followed up the week after thanksgiving to find that the part on a 2 year old furnace was no longer supported. On January 24,2022 I called Comfort Xpress about no heat. On January 27,2022 serviceman replaced a part.Furnace worked until March 7,2022. Called Comfort Xpress, got answering service.No heat was message. I am still waiting for call.
Bought a new heat pump from comfort Express a few years back. Ever since it has blown fuses. I had to pay several times for service calls. Two weeks ago the technician came out and discover that the wrong size fuses were originally installed causing the fuse to blow when ran for long periods . This also caused the fuse box to start to melt . Tried to contact manager several times and left messages but they would not return my calls
Very quick response when we needed service. We also used comfort express to purchase a new heating and cooling system. From sales to install and service it?s been completely seamless. Would highly recommend
Everyone was very courteous and professional. Did a beautiful job under difficult circumstances(many items to move).thanks Michelle, Mick, Bob, Victor and Ethan. I'm impressed.
