I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any all ALL HVAC needs. I have a few issues that I was worried about, that other companies had me scared about. They came and put my mind to ease and did not try to sell me anything I don’t need. Called Comfort Works at 9am this morning and they arrived just after 10am. Problem was diagnosed and repaired and the unit thoroughly inspected and serviced by 11.30. And reasonably priced. Could not be more satisfied. Highly recommended.
Purchased a new A/C unit brand new, but was not in the box. One year later it stopped working. Called leaving numerous messages, texted 8-10 times over three weeks for service. Did not return messages left or text. After three weeks called and received same day service, but they refused to complete service because unit that was sold to me as brand new was actually four years old and had stop leak liquid introduced into the gas for compressor.
