Extremely Disappointed – If I could give it less than 1 star - I would. I have to echo what others have said of Don - very rude and uncaring. He is dealing with women who have suffered through cancer, chemotherapy, and who know what else and all he wants is your money. He will over charge you so he gets paid not only by the insurance company - but also by you. NEVER AGAIN!! – I felt uncomfortable at Comfort Wigs at my very first visit. The only reason I returned is that it was convenient to my work and I needed a wig, due to chemotherapy. Don is arrogant and rude. He answered personal phone calls while he was supposed to be helping me. He also spent most of his time on other walk-in customers when I had appointments. He is full of himself and if you don't agree that he is just awesome (which his co-worker constantly informs you about), he treats you like dirt. My wig does not fit ... read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!! – I was recently diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer and I came to Comfort Wigs to meet with "Don" (owner) because I am about to start chemo and wanted a wig ASAP. This was my first experience in a wig shop, much less with cancer and I didn't know whether to cry or punch him by the time we left! Exceeds Expectations! – Even my daughter did not know I was wearing a wig! They cut and styled it on my head and billed my insurance company.
