RecommendedIt’s been years since I had an animal. A few days ago I got a kitten. I called the office, asked if they were taking new patients, and they worked me in. Dr Ratliff and his staff are very nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian! Thank you for the warm welcome and taking care of Piper 😊🐈❤️
Your staff is so horribly rude and disrespectful!!!!! We had an emergency with our dog today and called you guys. All you wanted to know is if we had money to pay the bill. You didn’t care at all about the dog. You said while we were one the phone with you explaining what had happened “he needs to see a vet” we duh! That’s why we called you guys! Just finished up my first visit for my 3 yr old Shih Tzu and I was so impressed with the entire staff! We have changed vets a few times because we weren’t getting the quality care that we were hoping for. I am at ease knowing Kaia will be well taken care of here. They addressed all of my questions and concerns and didn’t try to shove the most expensive options as the only treatment options.
