Comfort Temp Heating & Cooling is by far the best HVAC service repair company in Chicagoland. They are thorough, honest, and very professional. Other service companies do a quick run and talk down to you in an arrogant manner, but Comfort Temp really explains to you eye-to-eye what is going on and does not make you feel like you are taken advantage of. Jesus is hands down the best technician ever and Bernice in scheduling is an absolute sweetheart! We are very happy with their service and professionalism!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! For context, we have a homeowners insurance that recommended this company come out and do an estimate on our AC unit and our Furnace for a bundle quote. The technician did the job as he was supposed to. Took a bunch of pictures, took a bunch of measurements, and said we'd get our estimate/quote in an email or text in a day or two. TWO WEEKS LATER.. zero information. So, we contact our homeowners insurance about the quote, and low-and-behold.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SUBMIT THE QUOTE! To make matters worse, ... read more

Left me with 2 liquid leaks and a GAS Leak!!!! Highly disappointed. They replaced my furnace and left my humidifier on top of brand new furnace leaking water and also the shut-off valve about the water heater next to an outlet. I called and they never answered so I had to have an emergency company to come out and fix gas leak and other two leaks. I also had to replace the humidifier which they left leaking and should have all been resolved on initial visit.

I had my heater serviced on the coldest day of Feb, they came out the next day and fixed the problem. There was some water and some residue in one of the inside part and he quickly washed with hot water and made the heater back to working in no time. Thank you so much.
