I had a disappointing experience with Comfort Temp. They installed a new hot water tank for me and pulled a city permit, so I expected the work to be done properly and completely the first time. However, they did not include a cert on the hot water tank during the initial installation. Saved me $7000. Furnace stopped working, had another company out; tech said the heat exchanger is bad and I needed a new furnace. Called Comfort-Temp on a family recommendation for a second opinion. Turns out my unit overheated from a clogged filter. Paid $90ish for a service call and I'm back in business. Love an honest company. If/when I do need to replace my furnace I know where to go.
