Great company. These guys have always handled my issues quickly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend.
Do not deal with comfort tech, in regards to Wayne Rodgers. Mr. Rodgers sent my mother a bill for $768.00, for repairs. Needless to say that her entire system was replaced by Comfort Tech less than 5yrs ago, and it is still under warranty. So, I called Mr. Rodgers, and asked what the bill was for. He entertained the ideal, that my mother was responsible for the freon, that was used to fill her system back up, after the suction line had a hole in it. Amazing experience with this company. Had issues starting this past Saturday with my AC not blowing any air at all. Got a quote from another company (Eanes) yesterday for 2,000 which we thought was insane. Called Comfort Tech in Thomasville today and the tech was amazing. He had the job done in less than 2 hours and for over $1,000 cheaper than the other company! Would highly recommend and will be using again if needed in the future.
For Comfort Tech and A-Z Appliances Our 2-ton heat pump was acting up and Eanes H&A gave us a price of $6,000 to repair (with no guarantee this would fix the problem..their words). And then their price "up to $20,000" to replace the entire unit and air handler. I was a little bit shocked when he finished. It took less than 15 mins and he didn't change the filter or check the unit outside. Usually the techs do this. It was also pricey at 135.00 for the amount of time. I'll look elsewhere next time
