I submitted an applictaion online with them for an estimate on a furnace replacement and they got back to me fairly quickly. They sent someone out on July 22nd to look at my furnace. The gentlemen sent were very polite and respectful. A few weeks went by, no big deal, so I called them to inquire about the estimate. I was told they had a couple people out and were spread a little thin, which I can understand. It is now Friday August 22nd and I have yet to see an estimate for the replacement a month after. Comfort Systems has been to my home twice now. Each of the techs we very friendly and professional. What seemed to me to be a challenging job each tech resolved the job very competently. Is nice to have highly skilled and conscience technicians doing there thing!
They just replaced our furnace during the -24 cold spell. Full furnace replace. They Offered up portable heaters to keep house warm, until they could get out to replace. We were lucky enough to have enough electric heaters. But that is a nice attribute to do that for the customer. Would not go with anyone else. They were ausome. 10⭐️'s
I’m writing this review on behalf of my lifelong friend who is about to come home to NO BATHROOM after an organ transplant and months in the hospital. November 20, a leaky tub fixture got worse, and long story short, my friend’s husband came home to the upstairs bathroom leaking all the way down to the first floor of their home.
