I had an annual maintenance appt set for Monday at 8am. I called and spoke with Barb at 8:15am and wanted to confirm my appt time to make sure I didn’t have the wrong date/time. She immediately became defensive with me and told me that there “might be emergencies they are dealing with and that commercial companies have priority” over me. I told her I understand but a call would have been nice letting me know that would be late.
