Excellent service and care every time
So far, so good in terms of courtesy and communication, keeping me updated on arrival and surgery times. My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon with my excellent surgeon, Dr. Donald Atkins. I will make sure to update my review on Saturday, but I am delighted so far with their commitment to serve and communicate effectively. Horrible! Staff communication sucks! very unprofessional.
HORRIBLE communication and no consideration for their clients. I had knee surgery scheduled. They tell me A WEEK before my appointment that they need $500 down for a shot or they can’t do the surgery. Fine, I pay it. But then, THE DAY BEFORE MY SURGERY, the front desk lady (very rude) tells me that the down payment is actually $4k something.
