We were hoping to spend time at the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of service. The chlorine was strong in the pool area that we couldn’t stay there long. Huge disappointment! The hotel is ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Great experience overall. The staff at the front desk was great, very helpful. My room was perfectly clean. I would definitely stay there again.
The hot breakfast and smiling staff made the price worth it! We will stay here again. Pool and hot tub were clean, and open till 11pm. We stayed 4 nights and never saw the same menu twice! Sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cooked apples, hash browns, waffles, etc. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Williamsburg was wonderful! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for visiting the area. The highlight of our stay was Sue Ellen at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.
