My husband and I visited RI July 14-21, @ comfort suites in West Warwick, with the exception of Jay who worked the front desk during the day, and also Kimberly one of the house keepers, this place was a nightmare. The pool had a nasty film covering the entire top. Needless to say neither myself or my husband went swimming. Indoor pool is great rooms are comfortable
Great location. It's about a minute or two off of I-95 and is central as you can get in Rhode Island. Has a pool but regretfully we could not use it due to time constraints during our visit. The hotel has some issues: 1. Very strong oder in the hall of the 3rd floor as well as our room that did slowly but never entirely dissappear. I suspect it was the scent of the cleaning products the hotel used. If you are allergic to strong scents, I would not stay at this hotel, 2. Our shower head in room 319 was broken. The service and rooms are great. The staff are nice, the rooms are spotless, but a few stains were on the couch. Woke up and the floor was soaking wet. I thought maybe someone spilt water, but it was too wet to just be a cup of water. The bathroom floor was completely dry so it couldn't have had anything to do with the bathroom. Everything that was on the floor including our belongings were soaking wet and we had to put our clothes in the dryer so we had something to wear. Absolutely nothing that I wanted to wake up to.
