Housekeeping and Maintenance are the biggest downfall for this hotel. I stayed for 3 days and never had a warm shower, only cold. Carpets smelled of mildew and mold. The ONLY person noteworthy is overnight desk, Joshua. He is a shining example of excellent customer service. The female on morning shift didnt acknowledge our presence once.
Our family stayed at Comfort Suites after our grandmother passed away at MUSC. There were 14 of us spread out crossed 5 rooms, all from Anderson SC. The woman and young man at the desk were extremely kind. We came in delirious, crying, looking a mess… and not once did either of them pass any blame. Instead, the woman let the young man know to give us the MUSC patient discount, which helped out tremendously as her death came quickly. Not in a great neighborhood, but free breakfast was nice.
booked a room thru booking.com 6 weeks in advance,was confirmed with choice to pay upon arrival,call comfort suites a week before arriving to make sure we were all good, they said yes everything confirmed, arrived on my date and the receptionist say she can't find my reservation,so I ask does she have any rooms available she says yes but it is gonna cost me an extra 160$ for the same 3 nights I had booked thru booking,place is a joke,be careful
