Front desk associate name Tina was very rude and unprofessional! She wasn’t even on the front desk when we walked in. She responded from the back even we couldn’t see her face saying “how I can help you “it was very disrespectful and she claimed that we booked different room and start to argue with us in being very rude and unprofessional!! For sure, I will never come back this hotel again after this experience!! She is not appropriate for hospitality business.
We have stayed at Comfort Suites all over and have never been disappointed by any of them. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bunch of clowns at this hotel , Booked two nights through hotels.com With option of “ pay at check in “ For some reason the clowns charged a credit card in file with hotels.com , the card was declined So they went on and cancelled my booking !! Hey clowns it was “ PAY AT CHECKING “ I was going to pay upon check in !!! How do you automatically charge a card beforehand? It’s ok clowns , booked elsewhere and saved $100 .. btw been so my kid will be attending college there There’s going to be many visits but I will not be bookin... read more
Indoor pool was a disappointment. It’s about 20x25 feet. Such a tiny pool for a hotel. Stinks like chlorine, hurts eyes to be in that room. Breakfast was great! Rooms look decent. Staff friendly and kind. Plenty of parking. For a hotel that’s so close to a freeway, it’s really quiet and nicely isolated so that’s a plus.
