I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites. The fitness center was amazing—clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a great workout. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for comfort and convenience.
Worst experience ever. I found dead rat in the rooms and the showers was broken as well. I stayed around two weeks and no one come to my room fo repair the stuff. I make complaint on very first day of my stay and staff was very rude as well. Manager didn't even compensate for the trouble I face during the stay. I recommend people please avoid staying at this hotel. If you want stay in area I would recommend Hampton inn hotel next to it.
Hair was found in blankets. Entry was dirty, mold in the shower, broken toilet bowl reservoir, cracked tile in the restroom, stains on the floor, some on the wall. Room smells like cigarettes smoke. Stayed at Comfort Suites before but this location doesn't have anything "comfort" about it. Night front manager was nice though.
