I cannot say enough nice things about Toni and the team. Extremely professional, gracious, and kind. I'd highly recommend staying here!
We arrived 10:30pm February 12th. Reception was quiet, clean and super friendly. We were exhausted from a very long day and the Front Desk was really patient with us and helpful. Elevator was clean and the room was clean and quiet. The next morning was also just as nice. Breakfast was relatively good for Free Breakfast and plenty of coffee. For a 2-star hotel I give it 5 stars!! Keep it up. Wished we had stayed another day cause Daytona and St Augustine was NUTS!!
We arrived around 8pm, so it wasn't a late check-in-- whereas the front desk check in should not go terrible, but that is exactly what happened. First, the room was pleasant, but if I should enter this hotel again and see TT behind the desk... I will leave and get a refund in a heartbeat. Choice management should watch the video of the front desk and they will understand. Upon arriving to a line of about 5 people, I quietly stepped in and got into my place of 6. Large suite rooms with separate sitting area along with micro fridge and microwave in every room. Rooms were clean and up to date. They also had a gym and pool along with a continental breakfast.
