Shirley was nice. The elevator was broken so she offered a first floor. My room was clean aside from RR floor. I was very Uneasy though about the side door near pool being broken. It does not lock. It's not secure and anybody can just walk in. Front desk girl on duty Sunday 3/1/ evening after 5pm was basically like yea. It's been broken and went back to watching her show.. The price is good but for safety I'll look somewhere else for the rest of the month as I have to travel there for wk.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a comfort suites as a diamond member. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and when we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that the elevator was broken and we were also told that the side door was broken as well. Our room was on the second floor, and as we walked up the steps, the entire carpet was covered in stains on every square inch of the stairway and there was also multiple sections of the carpet that was actually duct tape taped down to the floor. Not a great experience. You are greeted at the front door with a sign saying the fire alert system isn’t working. The Elevator is broken, the hotel is definitely showing its age, there were several tripping hazards where the floor looks to be in the middle of updating. Our bathtub looked like it had been worked on by my sister’s kids, which made sense when I rang for help at the front desk and had the person assigned to the front desk come running down the hall because she was doubling as the maintenance man’s helper….who by... read more
