Elevators broke apparently reading reviews for almost 6 months, fire alarm system broke per sign on door, exterior doors don't lock to side exits, swimming pool was down, flooring bad, stunk, carpet on stairs filthy, bites all over my body (apparently bed bugs), shower tub very slick so they provided you with 1/2 of a rubber mat to stand on...yes 1/2 cut with scissors to make 1 mat for 2 showers.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience during my stay at this property. From the beginning, there were multiple serious issues involving safety, maintenance, accessibility, and staff conduct. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Comfort Suites. Unfortunately, my stay was far from what I expected in terms of comfort, safety, and overall service. The refrigerator did NOT WORK, the a/c unit was stuck on 65 deg and would not turn Off , had to unplug and plug in every 2-3 hours from wall to use it when it got muggy in room, the sewer in shower was backed up so we had to stand in 2 inch's of water everyday, the iron was burnt, we had to wait Several hours the get clean towels, my Complaints were NEVER ADDRESSED !!! I had to pay $600 in advance for the room so we couldn't even leave !!! I had 3 children in my room 2 are babies !!! :( ... Very UPSET !!!

The hotel did just get a remodel, but it still feels dirty and slightly unfinished (surfaces). Phones don't work (so you can't call for extra towels), sink handle comes right off when you turn the water on, difficult/broken shades in the window, stairwell is dirty and lumpy and has A/C unit just hanging out. The breakfast is okay, sweet staff lady.
