When I checked in on 9/15 around 10:30 pm, I noticed a bug crawling on the bed. Around 4:30 am on 9/16, I woke up to 4-5 bugs crawling on the bed cover. I had booked for 2 nights, I had to leave due to lack of sleep. I was not able to reach the front desk until around 6 am on 9/16.
Room smells like mold and mildew. Not cleaned well - hair in sink and other places. Carpet sticky in spots. Extremely humid in room. To top it off, the electronic door lock didn’t work and if dead bolt wasn’t locked anyone can walk right in. DO NOT leave valuables in your room. Thankfully nothing was taken but easily could have until I discovered the issue. Not recommended at all.
