Fantastic employees super friendly clean rooms
I don’t write bad reviews often but BEWARE coming here. When we booked we were not told the elevators didn’t work, only AFTER we booked a non refundable room. Prices were elevated because of an event and we knew that but to spend $270 for one night and have the experience we did, I’m leaving a review. Upon arrival the front desk gentleman was kind and check in was easy. We learned the elevators didn’t work and walked with all our stuff up 3 flights of stairs.
