Room was NOT clean. All surfaces were dirty and sticky. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, particularly in the bathroom. Mattress protector was covered in nasty yellow stains. Bathroom floors were sticky. Never once saw any cleaning staff during our stay. Staff were smoking in front of the main doors causing the lobby to smell of smoke. We were with a group or I never would have stayed here. DISGUSTING.

We arrived for check-in at 11 o'clock. But there was no one at the reception and we couldn't check in.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During our stay, a friend’s tire was slashed in the hotel parking lot. When we reported the incident, the manager was “in a meeting” and unavailable. We were told they could not review or provide access to camera footage. This was a serious safety issue, and the lack of urgency or concern from management was unacceptable. As guests, we expect security and support when something happens on the property.
