If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had a family emergency that required us to drive three hours to Scottsdale to visit a loved one, and we didn’t arrive until after midnight. Before booking online, we called the hotel to confirm that we’d be able to check in after midnight. The representative, Gail, assured us it would be fine.
