I stayed there for 4 nights with my family. The breakfast was maintained well through the entire time, nothing was ever out. I saw the team there getting along and laughing, you could just feel a sense of family with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast service staff! Oh and the two bed with pullout couch room was GIANT!! Oh and the daily freshly baked cookies were an added bonus! Great location also! Floor hasn't been vacuumed in days, garbage in floors, no TP in bathroom. Stayed in nicer Motel 6... This was 200 a night...
Nice area, plenty of shops, close to Target and freeway. Good selection of breakfast food, small pool area and decent clean gym equipment.
Check in and one night and the staff at this hotel has been terrible. With a school group, and the first night a room was so loud next door to one family, keeping them awake, but no staff was around to address it. Numerous calls to the front desk, no one would answer the phone for help. When others in our group checked in the next day, the front desk staff said we only had reservations for one night instead of four. Turns out the stay was under two different reservations…a one night reservation and a three night reservation…... read more
