The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to food and everything I needed in Rock Hill. The service was just OK. Now let me get to my room. I was in room 217. We booked a room that had a pull out couch because we are a family of 7. We came for a family event, so when we checked in it was more of a drop and go. After returning from our event at 11pm we discovered the pull out couch was broken 😡 and not only that EXTREMELY DIRTY. I even seen a dead bug on the bed. first week staying there was several roaches in my room, the next week I came back they give me a room that had dirty towels piled in the floor and the bed not made with a big bad of trash in the room as well. Reserved a 2 night stay as a platinum choice member. Arrived at 12:30pm for check-in and was told rooms were not ready and wasn’t told a time frame just that they were understaffed. Went and ate lunch and decided since I’m tired from driving all day I’ll get another hotel but “Vicky” the manager became confrontational and an attitude when I asked if I could cancel since they didnt have the staff to clean the rooms. She charged me a no show fee. She was bitter to the end and not an ounce of being accommodating or friendly.
