Parties should not be allowed where people are trying to sleep (it kept me awake until 2:30, when I chose to leave). And nobody in said party was wearing a mask like the building claimed to enforce.
Stuck in elevator , no one will answer phone and front desk. 8 months pregnant , hyperventilating. Beyond stressed out and discouraged
All my 8 y/o nephew wanted to do was swim but the pool is shutdown by the county Health Department. It’s been shutdown for over 10 days but there was no notice when I reserved the room. Things like this should be disclosed particularly for families with kids.

Great hotel - rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. When my wife arrived in the room she found the refrigerator full of spoiled food. The bed had soiled sheets. The shower had used razors in it and the bathroom had hair all over the place. Then to top it all off, housekeeping was banging on the door at 8 am and kick her out of her room. The lack of customer service is horrible. How can the Hilton treat its customers with such disrespect? The Hotel staff blew off the situation like it was no big deal!
