Went for Coachella our stay was 15-21st and our room was dirty the first four nights. Three of the receptionists were angels but after promising two separate deep cleans on the room it was still dirty. Only clean on the 5th day after specifically pointing out what was missed to the manager. Only offered to switch us rooms the first night then would’ve had to swap the next morning which seemed inconvenient for us to move all our things three times. This hotel was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. While it’s not a luxury property, it’s more than adequate for sleeping, showering, and even relaxing in the room. The complimentary breakfast was typical but satisfying, and the parking was close, convenient, and felt very safe. The location was a major highlight—everything you might need is within a 1–5 minute walk, including restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store, and easy access to the I-10. This hotel was amazing!! My group and I went to Coachella and my pregnant wife was so comfortable the entire time. There was lots of space for our group, amazing accommodations, so much support with needing things, and Nancy was the absolute best, we loved her so much that we vowed to always stay at that hotel when we go back!
