Great customer service 👏
I have stayed at this comfort suits in Palestine Texas for years visiting my family. This is the first time I have had a horrible experience with them. I was quoted from the hotel 161.00 for Friday and Saturday night plus some points. I asked again to the gentleman if the 161.00$ was for both nights he reassured me it was. Well I arrive and it is 161.00 for Friday night and 119.00 for Saturday. When I questioned it the man that was helping me was really rude to me. So the stay cost me points plus 280.00.
