Staff was nice. My shower didn’t work and they stated they couldn’t offer compensation due to booking third party. I reached out to the third party and they said the hotel refused a refund.
The only hotel I stay at in Palestine. Matt at the front desk is super friendly and always greets a smile. Very much appreciated!
Clean hotel and Misty at the front desk is kind and helpful.
I was very surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms were larger than expected. Misty was the person who greeted me as I entered and was very welcoming. I appreciate the time taken to explain the amenities of the facility. I would definitely recommend this Comfort to others!
