Everything as advertised. Friendly welcoming staff. Clean rooms and above all comfortable! We will continue to stay at Comfort Suites, highly recommend.
One of the best hotel me and my husband have stayed at. The moment we entered the door, the young men name I believe Vishal his nametag said is awesome. He politely and respectfully welcomed us with a smile on his face. It felt like he cares more about his guests. See him if you need anything. We had a TV and AC issue during our stay but then he came instantly and resolved it without hesitation and also said "if there is anything else, do call at the front desk or stop by and I will be more than happy to assist you guys." They tried to charge us for smoking in the room when the cameras showed us smoking outside. I meditate and I lit incense in the room alone with my candles during my meditation and yoga... They tried charging my account twice for 200.00 and my bank declined due to fraud charges. They never said no incense it said no smoking and we always smoked outside sitting under the tree on the benches.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel despite being a loyal Choice Privileges member and repeat guest. During my stay, three young children under the age of seven briefly visited to swim and celebrate their success at a local pageant. I was unaware that non-overnight child visitors needed to be registered, and this policy was never explained to me beforehand.
