We are traveling from out of state. Called to see if we can get an early check in. The guy(won't even say gentlemen because his attitude was far from it) just told us 230 then hung up. Elevators were not operating when we were there (mid august2026) thank GOODNESS we had the first floor. The faucets in the room were tripping me up. (Insert Video). Elevator wasn’t working, pool was closed, laundry not working. Judging from the previous reviews I noticed that these amenities have been messed up for quite some time. And Tap water smelled like sewage.

The person at the counter refused to an honor a reservation. Said it didn't exist. Then wanted me to pay up front by calling some number. Not the way Choice operates. And seems fraudulent. He pointed his fingers, got belligerent, and raised his voice at her and her special needs son. We were going to stay there because my friends house burned to the ground last night Her mother is in a burn unit in Dallas. This guy had no heart.
