Dirty towels from previous guest was left hanging on shower, no wash cloths in the room, microwave did not work and the front desk clerk was no help
The man working Friday night 5/29/26 @11pm refused to take our company card and refused to send an authorization form which has caused our company to have to switch to using a different hotel. We've always booked this hotel and had no issues until tonight. This man cost this hotel a lot of money tonight
extremely dirty with strange stains all over the room. was asked to come back one hour later when we asked for extra towels and BASIC things like shampoo and conditioner (because they weren’t present in the room when we initially entered). and then we also requested to change the room because it became so unbearable (strange AC emitting a weird smell, stains and weird black bits on the beds, dusty and dirty curtains), but then we were told that we should have came back within 10 minutes of check-in if we ever wanted to chang... read more
Pésimo Hotel Nose por que tiene estrellas Muy mala experiencia reserve con anticipación una habitación x dos noches y no me dejaron hospedarme ahí en plena noche en una ubicación tan desagradable con dos niños pequeños y un bebé y no me quisieron dar rembolso y fue culpa de ellos por que su máquina para pagar el depósito no sirve y no tienen otro método para pagarles no lo recomiendo y su empleado fue muy desagradable Aparte la ubicación está pésima y más si vas en familia Muy mál servicios
