It's the nicest choice hotel here but could use updating staff not very friendly coffee great!
We booked this hotel because we could get a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, as well as a pool to swim in after 8 hours in the car. When we arrived, we were told that the pool was not open and there was nothing they could do other than cancel our reservation. As we had already driven all day and there was no other rooms available in town that would fit our family, we had no other choice but to stay and have disappointed kids. I chose this hotel specifically because of the amenities advertised, particularly the pool. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was closed due to a health department issue. This information was not disclosed on your website or during the booking process. Had I been aware of this, I would have made other arrangements.
