AC wasnt great and theres a big gap in door,so much so that you see light from hall way all the way down.cant see in or out though it but its big enough to feel uneasy(211) but the rest of the room was clean and nice,pool is closed and drained so dont see it up and running anytime soon
The room charge was $5 more than the amount I originally booked. Additionally, the staff refused to provide the property gift included with Titanium Elite membership, despite the hotel having a clearly displayed stand stating that Titanium members are eligible for it. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of consistency between the advertised benefits and the service provided.
Charged me twice for no apparent reason and were insistent that they couldn’t do anything about it and I simply have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund…
