I'm a self employed heavy diesel mechanic. I'm town to work on a semi, Ive spent 12 hrs under this truck. I'm so unbelievably filthy I clean up as much as I can with hand wipes I carry in the truck but it's still really bad. The staff here were very kind and accommodating. This has been the kindest,most professional staff I've ever dealt with, I will absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in need of a room.

I have nothing negative I could say. Pool and hot tub which is rare and both were functional and enjoyable. Breakfast was good. Staff was fantastic. Location and parking was perfect and yet still quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. One day the coffee was a little weak for my taste but the next day it was strong and rich. The pods inside the room were genuinely surprisingly good as well. Will be returning!

ROOM 112! BEWARE OF RED ANTS IN CORNERS AND IN YOUR BED. This used to be the only place we went to while visiting Hotsprings. Never again! Before I left out to Magic Springs for the entire day, I asked for housekeeping to come make my beds. No one came. But there was a lady not on house keeping duty nice enough to come make my bed. They also had a pile of red ants in a corner that trailed across the entire room and me and my children got bit! I told manager Blake, he basically told me I was LIE. Not far from the park. Room was great and everyone was so nice. Great staff and a pretty good breakfast.
