My stay at Comfort Suites Monroeville – Pittsburgh East was honestly pretty chaotic because of the noise in the room. We checked in late, so we didn’t complain right away, but once we tried to sleep it became a real problem. The AC unit was extremely loud and kept making noise throughout the night, which made it hard to rest. On top of that, the toilet/flush was also very noisy, loud enough to wake you up at any point. Wow!!!! My stay started with a very patient and lovely receptionist. I got an amazing suite with a little built-in fireplace and such a cool design for separate seating with a separate television and a little fireplace in the wall. Everything was top-notch, the bathroom was gorgeous, the lighting had dimmers. I’m just sorry I have to go to work cause I’d rather stay here.
Room was great! Clean and very comfy beds. Staff talk to each other, not the guests.
