I honestly don’t know why this is considered a 2-star hotel. Our stay at Comfort Suites in Lombard has been wonderful from start to finish (and we’re only halfway through, but I already know how I’ll feel by the end ). We were greeted by the kindest young lady when we checked in, which set the tone for a great stay. We reserved two nights with points and I have virtually no complaints. Their was constint noise, no water pressure for the shower but it was hot just not enough pressure, towels were dirty
