Friendly and accommodating. Rooms were decent. Bed comfy, lots of seating in room. Fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast was great.. when I return I'd stay here again. We had our family reunion here.
Do not use this stupid hotel. After driving 5 hours, they canceled my booking without letting me know. I had booked a month before. And the stupid receptionist was very rude, impolite and unprofessional.
Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. I booked my room through Expedia, which made no mention of the $100 hold required at check-in. When I politely asked the front desk rep for clarification, I was met with open rudeness and zero willingness to explain anything. During my stay, I was locked out of my room due to their key system not working — apparently, their devices "aren’t always charged."
