EDIT: They are now officially refusing any refund for the BLACK MOLD in my room. I escalated the issue, and the manager, Mike Patel, actually told me that because my complaint gave them "such a headache," they are denying the refund. They are hiding behind a standard "no refunds" policy to justify a literal health hazard. BLACK Mold, filthy curtains, a leaking toilet that flooded the floor ,ripped curtains ,insects, filthy matted carpets and a manager MIKE PATEL WHO RETALIATES AGAINST ANYONE WHO WON'T SETTLE FOR MOLD AND FILTH.
