Exceptional service, always enjoy staying at this location when I come in for work. Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. One of my favorite Comfort suites locations and I certainly look forward to my next visit
We had mixed feelings on this location... An unadvertised "service fee" of $75 is taken at check-in and not removed from your card for 3-5 days. Supply of plastic cutlery is kept at front desk and doled out from a zip lock bag on request. Tho breakfast advertised until 9am, by 8:30am we got cold cereal, toast, no restock and no apology. When the room charge was changed to a different card from the initial reservation, the cost increased by about $20 before the whole thing removed from second card in about 3-5 days!
