1st room tv doesn't work was going to call front desk but no cord connecting to phone go downstairs 3 flights have to move rooms w infant up 3 flights move everything but now gotta return key card down 3 flights up 3 flights.. 2nd room tv works cord connected to phone... Cool soo I thought go to call front desk still no working phone. Seems like company is too poor or careless to properly provide basic necessities. Broken window to outside found the morning leaving with cardboard over it.. Room smelled musty. Like it had water damage. Fixtures rusted. Handrail to shower broken and in floor. Light cover in floor. Broken plug coverings. Only reason a 2 star is staff was helpful and nice. I had booked the wrong day and he said he would cancel it but did not. I have pictures of the window and such.
Prises de courant défectueuses. On nous a donné une rallonge qui traverse la chambre…, en autant qu’on ne s’enfarge pas pendant la nuit… Serviettes de bain tachées, usées et dégueulasses. Détecteur de fumée absent !!! Eau chaude douche ok, climatiseur ok. Lits semblent confortables.Très peu satisfaits…
A little uncomfortable about going outside at night. Didn't feel real safe. Parking lot wasn't very clean. Questionable people passing through the parking lots walking to other places nearby. Didn't ever see signs of any security guards on duty.
Very run down. Horrible smell and very hot. Cannot believe this is a Comfort property
