I love the rooms; they were detail-clean, but overall, this is not a family environment. It's more suited for workers.

Absolutely, awful place. Employee ACE, was only bright spot. Hopefully they are remodeling, because our room was a major legal liability. There was popcorn under the bed, the pull out bed had no pillows,blankets and was filthy. When we asked for the items we were told they didn't have them. No extra towels. The smoke detector is hanging from ceiling. The bath tub rods are broken from the wall and you cant hold on. I'll be attaching 2 picture's. Used the lobby restroom because no extra toilet paper. I’m sorry but this owner needs to unbrand from comfort or do a ton of investment. First off, pretty sure the hotel is non-smoking. That apparently doesn’t matter. Every other room on floor 2 is smoking cigs or weed. Second, the side door leading to the outside is straight up broke. No key? Just come on in. One person in my party didn’t have a door that would lock or latch. Third, the rooms are nasty.
