I came into Las Cruces from a CA -> TX car ride and the older gentleman at the reception was more that exceptional, continually tried to get me an early check in, while I was not even aware of check in times being at 3pm, having arrived at 11am (I was very tired from driving). All other staff I met were beyond exceptional, incredibly kind, and gave me a very positive impression of New Mexico for my first time passing through the state. Room was perfect too.
