Black hairs all over the bathroom floor, hairs still in all the blankets, breakfast was trash, cold eggs, pool looked nothing like the picture it was green and as soon as we walked in the pool room it smelled like strong pee, rude staff, entire hotel smells like weed on every single floor, tv barely works, elevator is on its last leg

This is a great stay for a quick evening's rest. Our room was clean but smelled musty. Our linens appeared fresh. I enjoyed the motions sensor lights for the bathroom and entrance "hall". The staff was friendly and took note when after checking in and going to our room, we observed previous damage on a wall. It appeared as if prior to our arrival the door from the bathroom had been slammed with enough force to break the door stop as well as leave a hole in the wall. The management is wonderful here. I say this bc breakfast stops being served at 9am and the gentleman still continued to fill the bar after 9 bc my family and I were late to breakfast. He didn’t have to do that he chose to do that. Sometimes some unconditional love says what words can’t 🫶

I've stayed at a lot of Comfort Suites and Comfort Inns, and they generally fall into two categories. Some are basically two-star hotels, and others are solidly three-star. This one is definitely a two-star hotel. Nothing really wrong with it per se. It is a bit rundown. The rooms are small. The beds seemed old. The shower was just okay, and there were some smells in the stairways and hallway. For the price I paid, it was fine and in a convenient location.
