Customer service. Awful. Rooms. Awful. Breakfast. None existent. They cut it off early and it ends at 9am. Super early for night owls lol Location. Fantastically close to Kings Island.
Room was clean. No bed bugs. Plenty of towels and covers etc. Hallways were gross due to slight smell and the carpets were really old and stained. Stairways were worse than hallways. Breakfast was poor quality but most everyone at it. Breakfast or package muffins were not good. Yogurts were gross. We skipped breakfast the second day. Check in and check out were really easy with no issues. Overall you get what you pay for. It was close to kings island and cheap compared to other hotels.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Fleas in bed, white mold in air conditioning unit, absolutely disgusting bathroom/shower, stains on everything, mold smell. My husband and I left soon after checking in. We asked for a refund through booking.com since the hotel wouldn’t refund us because they said their rooms were “fine”.
My family and I are traveling from Illinois and had a reservation for this weekend, 10.17.25. A woman from the hotel called me at 6pm and asked when we were coming, when en I told her we wouldn't be there until around 10om, she immediately started shouting at me that they are not a 24 hour hotel. Never heard of such a ridiculous statement, but the fact that I was being emywlled at was out of control, any time I tried to speak simply to ask a question, she just shouted louder and before I could get a word out she hung up on m... read more
