So I left my $1,100 CPAP in the hotel room I called them and they said that they had it in their possession and informed me that I needed to purchase a shipping label and they would ship my package so two days later I have still not received my package UPS says they never received my package and canceled my shipping label which now meant my package was no longer insured. Trip 6/5/26 5/6/26 Highly recommend if your going to kings island! Staff were amazing little difficult to understand. Otherwise check in process was smoothly! The rooms were nice no bugs! Shower was ok, pressure wasn’t the best. Beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was pretty good but change your breakfast times! Ending it at 9 am sucks! Change it to 10:30 or 11 am please! Anyway, highly recommend the hotel! Will be coming back if I come back to kings island!
I have stayed at this hotel over 20 times over the last 25 years. The last time I stayed before this week was in 2024. The hotel had seen better days at that time and has only gotten worse over the last 2 years. Everyday routine cleaning and maintance would go along way but that seems to be low on the priority list. I will not be staying here again. No wonder the price is the lowest in the Kings Island area.
Quiet. Decor needs an update. Small indoor pool. Walking distance to two restaurants.
