Tv didn't work in the first room, 3 trips to the front desk, before they switched us to a different room. Second room - was preparing coffee for the morning and found the plug was cut off the coffee maker, another trip to front desk to find out they didn't have another coffee maker. Bathroom had a smell and exhaust fan was yellow from what I would guess was smoke. Was charged $106 for smell that was already there. If I could zero stars I would. We had booked two rooms for two nights. The morning after the first room we noticed that there were bed bugs and we had bug bites. We alerted the staff/manager and were told that there were no other rooms and that we would receive a refund. We left and almost two weeks later we received our bill for the room and no refund. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They also provide a good complimentary breakfast and had a swimming pool for the kids.The location was excellent for access to kings Island and great wolf lodge
