Service was great. Mani at front desk was very friendly and heldul. Clean, staff was wonderful..will be back, prices was resonable. Housekewpimg was really helpful. Keep up the good work.
Love this hotel and the people. They were beyond sweet to us. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. The location was perfect. I had three grandkids with me. It was 100 a night for a family of five. That includes breakfast!!
Absolutely zero stars, and if I had a choice not to stay the night and go somewhere else, I would have. From the 30-minute wait to check in because employees were eating next door at Outback steak house. To the cockroaches in the room, blood stains on our blankets, rips in the coach and ottomans, something splattered on the wall... nonrefundable room for $200, no vacancy for miles, and we have already been on the interstate for 12 hours. Easy fun stay, gave 4 stars cause ordered room through third party like Expedia and didn't know there would be a $150 dollar deposit which came out of our spending money for Kings Island :-(
