I recently booked a stay here for one night. We were not informed of all the heavy construction taking place up until 10 pm. The bathroom had holes in the wall and anchors sticking out. To top it all off, I had to wake up my three kids under 3 years old up to strip down and vacate since I was awoken to bed bugs. I recorded a video and showed the front desk. I made a reservation thru Expedia on 3 Mar 2026 to stay at this hotel from 9-14 April. The manager, Mike Vashi called me on the 28th (25 days after I had booked and gotten confirmation) to cancel my reservation because he said he was overbooked. I told him I would have to call him back in a little while since I was not home to write down any details. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels across the world, and I can say without exaggeration that this is the worst experience I have ever had. If you are considering staying at the Comfort Suites Inn at Ridgewood Farm, do yourself a favor and keep driving far away The website is a complete lie. It lists a pool, hot tub, and fitness center as available amenities. In reality, all of them are closed for renovation. As soon as I walked in the front door, there was a "not good oder". Check in desk clerk was professional and got me checked in quickly. Entering the room, a different, "not so good oder". Room was decent, and clean. Bathroom was not great, clean- yes, as much as it could be, but not good. The shower, when turned on, COULD STRIP PAINT OFF A CAR.
