Customer service at check in was excellent (young man) Room was very nice. A few items needed repair (bulb out in side light , drawer handle broken) but not an issue. Breakfast was typical and well stocked. Nice breakfast area. Customer service at check out was adequate. The lady in the morning seemed uninterested and unfriendly when I mentioned the two broken items, even though I said the stay was great. Overall good stay and would book again.
Great place, we stay a week at a time. Clean, nice place, good breakfast, safe, and cost effective. What else do you want? All small - but nice suites.
Came by after a business conference, was greeted warmly and welcomed by Ethan. Customer service superior, Sam had just left but they both do a great job.
