Absolutely disgusting experience. My room was infested with roaches on the bed, walls, lights, and inside the closet. Management refused to refund me, and now they won’t even answer the phone regarding my incidental deposit. They acted like a roach infestation was completely normal. I have literally never slept in a less comfortable bed. There was what can only be described as a hole on the side of the bed that I kept rolling into. The mattress was lumpy with the springs digging into us. The whole hotel smelled bad. And of course it was loud being by a major road and the airport. You could tell everything was super old which gave it a grimey feel. Oh, and we found used wash clothes in our shower 🤢

My stay at this hotel on September 7, 2026, was deeply disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards. Room Quality: When I first checked in, my assigned room had a terrible, foul odor. I had to go back to the front desk to be moved to a different room. Comfort Suites Houston – Average Stay Our stay was okay, but unfortunately not as satisfactory as we expected. The sockets in our room were broken, and the internet connection was very poor, which made our stay less convenient. We were also unable to have breakfast as the food finished very quickly and was not replenished. Apart from these issues, everything else was generally okay. With better maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and improved breakfast service, the overall experience could be much better.
