I normally don’t leave reviews, but this stay needed to be shared. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was extremely disappointing. The main sliding front door wasn’t even working, the lobby chairs were visibly dirty, and the entire place had a strong smell of cigarettes. When we got to the room, the curtains were hanging by a thread, there were no basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, or conditioner, and the room itself had a terrible odor that gave me a headache. I booked this hotel online through Choice Hotels and arrived around midnight. Upon entering the lobby, I immediately noticed a strong scent of marijuana, which was concerning. Although the check-in process was smooth and efficient, I would not feel safe staying at this location alone due to its location. When we entered the room, the television was already on, and the remote control did not function properly, making it difficult to turn it off. This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. Everything was broken. The curtains where hanging along with the closet doors. The ice makers did not work, no hot water for tea you had to microwave a plastic cup. The floor we were on smelt of Marijuana terrible. The shower head was spraying more outside the shower than inside. No airport shuttle. Absolutely terrible.
