Great location but that’s it. The room was dirty, sticky light switches, sticky black finger marks on the hair dryer. When we asked the staff to clean our room, they said they would but it never happened. Smoke alarm was wrapped in a plastic baggie. (in the room). I’m pretty sure it would not have worked? Breakfast was less than desirable. They had bread but no butter, jam, peanut butter etc. Sorry Comfort Inn at Highlands Ranch - things need to improve a lot before any of our family and friends stay there again.

Stayed there for 3 nights, got to complain the loud AC noise and very sketchy breakfast (be there early may help but the breakfast is running out fast; first day the drink was from a gallon of orange juice next to a non-working drink dispenser, only one waffle maker but too many people; second day the fridge storing yoghurt and bread butter was already empty when we got there; last day ran out of syrup for the waffle, but had a hard time to find the staff; for last two days, only water was available from the dispenser); the ... read more

This place is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to checked in a 4am room. It was disgusting and had a band-aid stuck to mattress when called down to manager pulled back cover bed bugs everywhere. The manager was rude and laughed and said they didn't know but were dead shells with active bed bugs all over bed. Sprayed the room with a spray bottle, and that's it. Two words- Bed bugs!! Never in my life have I even seen a bed bug! We had to google what the bug was! We had been in the room for 30 minutes and luckily were not under the covers yet when my husband looks on top of the bed and sees a bug and then looks at his pillow and sees another bug. I jump up and tell my teen son to get off the bed. I look under the mattress cover and find another. Yep- nope.
