Not the best location! However, the staff to a great job keeping it clean and fresh smelling. You would never know inside that it is next to the sanitation plant. Rooms were clean and everything was functional ♡ overall great stay!
Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The first stay I was in a ground floor room and there wasn’t crazy amounts of noise from other guests or outside. This stay however, all day/night there was an annoying whistling sound coming from the window. My last stay was windy outside but I never heard it in my room. I know it’s nothing the staff can change/fix but just keep that in mind when booking.
The tub was disgusting. The drains were clogged and they never cleaned it before our stay. The rooms was gross. I will never stay at this hotel again. After reading the owners response. I tried talking to the hotel manager. I left my name and number and never got a call back. I had to stay in helma for business on 4-29-26 so I went in person arrived at 1600 and the manager already left for the day. I paid 260$ a night and for that price I expect more out of the hotel.
