The job was disgusting. The drains were clogged and they never cleaned it before our stay. The rooms was gross. I will never stay at this hotel again
Rooms very outdated. My shower wouldn't drain. Old AC units that make a lot of noise. They are clean.
The room was clean but the hotel rooms are right next to the street and is very loud. Additionally, when asking for additional pillows (due to them being small), the front desk informed us that the laundry crew has not washed the pillows from the night prior and none were available.
WHILE THE STAFF AND ROOM WERE GOOD I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE FITNESS ROOM UNTIL 600 AM. ACCESS TO THIS AREA OF A FACILITY IS WHY I CHOOSE THE ONES I DO. I NEEDED TO LEAVE EARLY THE NEXT DAY AND WANTED TO GET MY FITNESS WORK COMPLETED AND WAS UNABLE TO DO SO DUE TO LACK OF ACCESS. IF IT IS USING YOUR ROOM KEY CARD ALLOW THE INDIVIDUAL TO ACCESS THE FITNESS ROOM AS NEEDED 24/7.
