NO pool! It’s been under renovations for over 3 years. The owner refuses to pay for the completion. The window screens are busted. The elevator is slow, hot & stuffy. On one floor the ice maker don’t work. On another floor the pop machine don’t work. Room keys stop working & have to be reactivated & deactivated over & over, even after getting new keys. The system needs to be updated but the owner refuses to do that to. This review is coming from 6 rooms. WORST hotel ever!
The only reason this loses 1 star is specifically because of 1 hotel staff member/cleaner. Apparently when breakfast is SERVED from 6:30am-10am on Saturdays, it means you better have gotten your breakfast items before 930am, becuase this one staff member started swiftly clearing out the inventory of breakfast items right around 930am.
