Toilet clogged and running when we checked in. Maintenance won't fix it. No manager on duty or call to get our money back. No other room to switch us to. Front desk just said nothing i can do. Worst hotel ever. Beds have stains on the beds and sheets. TV dont work also. Save your money and just sleep in a dumpster. It would be cleaner. Plus the pool has been close for months people are telling us.
The hotel is not well maintained. Stains on the hallway carpets, the tile in the lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days, even the elevator was dirty/operating poorly and the whole hotel has a weird smell. The chain lock on my door was not secured well, had loose screws. I would pay a bit more money and stay elsewhere from now on.

I was unfortunately disappointed with my one night stay here on 7/23. My first room was not cleaned when I entered it, a bag of trash on the desk greeted me, a pile of towels was left in the bathroom and the bed look like a previous person haphazard made the bed before leaving, AKA no changed sheets. Shout out to Erica who was very kind and apologized and very quickly changed my room that appeared to have been cleaned. Fine location. Check-in staff, specifically Erica, was excellent. All staff who walked vy us at any point was kind and polite. Those are about the only positive things I can say. The door to our room did not lock. We talked to a different front-desk person and they said they would have maintenance check it out. That either did not happen, or they did not fix it. The room was not very clean. There was garbage in both the bathroom garbage and room garbage cans. The shower had a stain that went away as soon as we ran the water.... read more
