I have been calling many time after I was told they would refund my one day stay due to dead roaches in the breakfast food, hair in my beds (from past people staying). Everytime I call or an agent with Expedia call the lady say the manager is busy. At this point it has been from Friday the 7th now Monday the 10th and no response when I called twice today, no email back, no call back, as well as no refund. Very disappointing experience. We were moved four different times because of roaches, which made our entire stay uncomfortable. The staff was accommodating, and the GM was understanding when I spoke with him and helped with a refund, which I appreciate. However, having to deal with roaches and constantly move rooms made it hard for my boyfriend and me to enjoy our trip. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked two rooms through Hotels.com for my daughter’s 16th birthday. This was supposed to be a special celebration for her, but unfortunately the entire experience turned into a stressful and extremely disappointing situation. This was a really great hotel stay for me, my adult daughter, and my teen son. Check in was easy, the room was really nice, and the pool was great. I'd definitely stay here again, and I probably will.
