This is a very nice, clean, spacious hotel. Breakfast was above good, variety and delicious. Room was very clean and well maintained. The only negative aspect is that it is hard to see from the 360 service road.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I travel for work a lot and have stayed at Comfort Suits a lot over the years. Most of them are fine…THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! I saw the reviews saying cockroaches and bugs, but the hotel replied to those reviews saying they had pest control, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. I found 3 cockroaches in my room. One was huge which means they are getting plenty of food and pest control clearly isn’t working. I found one in the face towel I was using and killed it. Checked in first room, sheets had hair all in them and bug on mattress. Moved to different room and eventhing was IGHT until we see roaches in bathroom and nobody speaks English. And on top of that no HOT water. Horrible place to stay. One night for R&B concert and the WORSE EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my life

Rioms for the price are outstanding. high ceilings, king size bed that was super comfortable. smaller square pillows allow more flexibility for adjusting to comfort level. For the price range, you cannot get better for a comfortable place to sleep. No nonsense and no stacked fee scale, and their complimentary breakfast is about the same as a Hampton Inn at about half the cost over all. Its not fancy. just a great place to sleep. WORST EXPERIENCE. PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE HOTEL. THIS HOTEL STOLE TWICE FUNDS FROM US, AND EVERY TIME WE CALL, MANAGER IS NEVER EVER AVAILABLE. CALLED MORE THAN 5 TIMES, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO DANIELLE, TO ANOTHER FEMALE EMPLOYEE AND A MALE EMPLOYEE. THEY SAY ALWAYS THE SAME THING, THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF, BUT INSTEAD OF RETURNING THE FUNDS, THEY TOOK FUNDS AGAIN. VERIFY YOUR RECEIPT AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. ROOMS ARE TERRIBLE, BREAKFAST IS OK, EXTERIOR WAS CLEAN. WATCH FOR THIEFS
